Since this and the affiliate network and privacy policies are legal documents, some of the language is unavoidably “legalese,” but we have made an effort to make them as readable as we can.
Your use of our websites at https://affiliatepathway.com and (collectively or individually, “Service”) run by Affiliate Pathway is governed by these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”).

These terms and our privacy policy are part of your agreement with us (“Agreements”). You agree to be bound by agreements after acknowledging that you have read and comprehended them.

2. Communications
By creating an Account on our platform, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by reaching out via email.
3. Purchases
Your credit card number, your credit card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information are just a few of the details you might be required to provide if you want to buy any goods or services offered through Service (“Purchase”).
You affirm and guarantee that: (i) you are legally permitted to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with any purchase; and
(ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and true.
In order to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases, we may utilize third-party services. By providing your information, you give us permission toshare it with these third parties, subject to our privacy policy.
For a variety of reasons, such as product or service availability, inaccurate product or service descriptions or prices, order errors, or other issues, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your purchase at any time.
If we suspect a fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise illegal transaction, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.
Processing fees cannot be reversed at this time, and product purchases are final.
4. Contests and Promotions
All contests and promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

6. Code of Conduct
- Users are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct guiding our community:
- Illegal Activity:
We prohibit any form of use of Affiliate Pathway platform for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US, Cameroon, or your country).
In the instance of any illegal activity, such activity will be investigated and the law parties will be bound by may differ depending on the peculiarity of the case and at our sole discretion
- Fraud:
We have zero tolerance for any form of fraudulent activity or transaction including but not limited to Money Laundering.
- Bad Code:
You shall not use the Affiliate Pathway Platform to transmit, distribute, send, etc. viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner
- Spamming:
You shall not use the Affiliate Pathway Platform to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on the Affiliate Pathway Platform, including Affiliate Pathway (and its employees), Subscribers, and Purchasers.
- Respect:
We encourage users to be civil and respectful at all times.
- Exploitation:
You shall not use the Affiliate Pathway Platform to try to gather personal information on anyone, outside of the limited permissible uses for offering your Content
- Impersonation:
You shall not impersonate anybody including Affiliate Pathway, any of its employees, users of it members of the general public.
Upon discovery of impersonation,we reserve the right to deactivate the infringing account immediately
- Data Mining or Bots:
You shall not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and
- Use Other Than Intended:
You shall not use the Platform or any content contained on the Platform for any purposes other than intended
- Illegal Activity:
- Upon violation of our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to delete a user’s account and Content from the Affiliate Pathway Platform. Whether conduct violates our Code of Conduct will be determined in Affiliate Pathway’s sole discretion.
7. Subscriptions
Certain components of the service are billed on a subscription basis. On a regular and periodic basis, you will receive an advance bill (referred to as a “Billing Cycle”). Depending on the subscription plan you choose when making a purchase, billing cycles can be either monthly or yearly.
Unless you cancel it or Affiliate Pathway cancels it, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms at the conclusion of each billing cycle. You can contact the Affiliate Pathway customer support team or use your online account management page to cancel your subscription renewal.
To pay for your subscription, you must have a working payment method, such as a debit card, credit card, or PayPal. Affiliate Pathway must receive accurate and comprehensive billing from you.
In the event that automatic billing is unsuccessful, Affiliate Pathway will send you an electronic invoice stating that you must proceed manually and pay the full amount due within the specified billing period by a specific deadline.
Your customers will lose access to features that are only available to paying members or subscription-based products if you cancel your paid subscription, as you will no longer be able to use all of the service’s paid features.
8. KYC
We may need you to verify your identity to access our services. We would request your banking details, a Valid ID and/or proof of address. You consent to us sharing these details with secure verifying agencies and databases. You also permit us to submit these details to regulatory government agencies where required.
9. Fee Changes
Affiliate Pathway, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change shall become effective at the end of the subsisting Billing Cycle. Affiliate Pathway shall provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect shall constitute an implied agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
10. Currency Conversion And Payouts
For currency conversion and payouts to merchants/service providers, we are not obliged to pay merchants above the Central Bank rate, however, to ensure a more favorable business relationship for both parties, we are committed to working with the available competitive rate(s) at the time payment is made by the purchaser. This may however defer slightly occasionally
Please note that payment gateways may be changed from time to time at our discretion.
11. Chargebacks
In the occurrence of a chargeback, you shall be liable to an additional $8 (or the local currency equivalent) charge.
12. Refund Policy
There shall be no refunds for subscriptions after payment has been made. Please note that we would inform you before your subscription expires. Please take action to cancel if you do not intend to renew your subscription.
13. Content
Users of our service can post, link, store, share, and otherwise make specific text, graphics, videos, or other material (referred to as “Content”) available. Users are accountable for the appropriateness, dependability, and legality of any content they post on or through the service.
When a user posts content on or through a service, they guarantee and represent that:
(i) Content is their intellectual property, andthey have the right or license to use it, as well as the right to grant us the license andrights specified in these terms, and
(ii) that posting your content on or through the service does not violate any person’s or entity’s tangible or intangible rights, including copyrights, contract rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights. We maintain the right to remove

To track and examine how our service is being used, we might employ third-party service providers.
Google Analytics
Google provides a web analytics service called Google Analytics, which monitors and reports website traffic. Google tracks and keeps an eye on how our service is being used. Other Google services receive access to this data. Google may contextualize and customize its own advertising network’s ads using the information gathered.
15. Use By Minors
Only those who are at least eighteen (18) years old are permitted to access and use the service. You guarantee and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of Terms by accessing or using our platform. You are not allowed to access or use the service if you are not at least eighteen (18) years old.
16. Accounts
When you register for an account with us, you attest that you are at least eighteen years old and that the data you enter is correct, comprehensive, and up to date. Your account on Service may be immediately terminated if you provide inaccurate, missing, or outdated information.
Users are in charge of keeping your password and account private, which includes limiting access to your computer and/or account, among other things. Regardless of whether your password is associated with our service or a third-party service, you agree to take responsibility for any and all activities or actions that take place under your account and/or password. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us right away.
Without the proper authorization, you are not permitted to use another person’s or entity’s name, a name that is not legally available for use, or a trademark that is protected by any rights of someone other than you as your username. Any offensive, vulgar, or obscene name cannot be used as a username.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
17. Intellectual Property
The service’s features, functionality, and original content (apart from user-generated content) are and will continue to be the sole property of Affiliate Pathway. Copyright, trademark, and other US and international laws provide protection for services. No product or service may use our trademarks or trade dress without Affiliate Pathway’s prior written consent.
18. Copyright Policy
We honor other people’s intellectual property rights. It is our policy to address any allegation that content posted on the service violates someone’s or an organization’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and you are a copyright owner or authorized on behalf of one, please send your claim by email to contact@affiliatepathway.com with the subject line “Copyright Infringement.” In your claim, include a thorough description of the alleged infringement.
If any content found on or through Service violates your copyright, you may be liable for damages due to misrepresentation or bad-faith claims.
19. Error Reporting and Feedback
You can contact us directly at contact@affiliatepathway.com with information and comments about mistakes, ideas, problems, complaints, and other issues pertaining to our service.

Links to external websites or services that are not owned or managed by Affiliate Pathway may be found in our service.
The content, privacy policies, and practices of any third-party websites or services are outside of Affiliate Pathway’s control and are not its responsibility. The services provided by any of these organizations, people, or their websites are not guaranteed by us.
You understand and accept that Affiliate Pathway will not be held accountable or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any harm or loss resulting from or allegedly resulting from the use of or reliance on any such content, products, or services made available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
If you visit any third-party websites or services, we highly recommend that you read their terms of service and privacy policies.
21. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate your account and prevent you from using the service for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of the terms.
You can simply stop using the service if you want to cancel your account.
Ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability are just a few examples of the terms that, by their very nature, should endure termination.
Your customers will lose access to features that are only available to paying members or subscription-based products if your account with us is terminated or you cancel your paid subscription.
22. Changes To Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to withdraw or modify our service as well as any service or content we offer through the service. If the service is unavailable for any reason at any time or for any length of time, we won’t be held responsible. We may occasionally limit users, including registered users, from accessing all or some portions of the service.
23. Amendments To Terms
We reserve the right to change the terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this website. It is your duty to periodically review these terms.
You accept and agree to the changes if you continue to use the Platform after the updated Terms are posted. Since any changes are binding on you, it is expected that you will regularly check this page to stay informed.
You consent to be bound by the updated terms by using or accessing our service after any changes take effect. You are no longer permitted to use the service if you disagree with the updated terms.
